  • Phase 1 construction: 1 year.

Finance: Create a financial-solution engine to provide working capital for farmers to consistently improve yields across annual crop cycles.

  • Finance for quality crop inputs: seeds, fertilizers, protection agents.

  • Distributed agronomy, technology, carbon-credit services to farmers.

Logistics: Establish intermodal border logistics facility to ensure cost-effective, diversified export/import trade routes.

  • Build Dry Port, consider others down the road (dry & maritime).

Trading: Launch trading company to develop market potential of Ukrainian Ag. sector, increase crop realization, profits, and taxes.

Phase Two – Create Value Added Products

  • Create Bio Clusters at linear elevator facilities (one per oblast/region) to increase value-added agricultural processing across Ukraine, further improving rural communities living standards & diversify Ukrainian economy beyond raw materials (agricultural and otherwise).

We plan to build over 400 grain elevators representing over 5 million tons of one time storage across Ukraine.
